Our Inchinnan site is experiencing further growth across our Operations and Support functions and as we continue to grow and expand the site capabilities, we require an experienced Facilities Project Engineer who can work on and develop our existing systems and infrastructure.
What will you do?
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aimed at ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Interact with the relevant internal departments to interpret their needs and requirements.
Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities to project teams.
Co-operate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review Engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Who we are looking for:
Excellent organisational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Experience in a Facilities or Production Engineering role within a regulated Industry such as pharmaceuticals.
Experience managing engineering based projects and leading multi-functional project teams.
Intermediate level MS Project knowledge.
A recognised Engineering qualification (degree level preferred),
Proficient in the use of engineering drawing software, preferably Auto-CAD.
