We are looking for a versatile and talented Systems Developer to join a small team of developers working with a range of applications and technologies to deliver high-quality software components that improve our performance and contribute to the achievement of our ambitious targets.
You will be comfortable working in an agile environment, and since this is relatively new to us, you’ll have the opportunity to help us to improve our processes.

What the role involves:
As a Systems Developer, you will work with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business to:
Plan, design, create, amend, verify, test and document new and amended software components to deliver agreed business benefits within time, budget and quality targets.
Identify, create and apply agreed software development and security standards and processes.
Select appropriate development lifecycle model approaches based on the context of the work, such as predictive/plan-driven or adaptive/agile.
