Our Client, a leading creative operations technology business is looking for a new Junior Support Engineer to join their UK team. The successful Candidate will provide essential First Line application and infrastructure support to the company's customers. This is an entry level position with an exciting opportunity for Candidates to grow with the business and further develop their technical skills.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsible for providing First Line Support to the company’s customers.
Effectively work on multiple tickets simultaneously.
Correctly identify and communicate potential risks and concerns.
Provide easy to understand technical instructions and guidance both over the phone and online.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and ensure that technical skills are consistently maintained.
Own the installation of applications within the workplace and with customers.
Ensure that essential maintenance is carried out in a timely manner
Act as point of contact for customers and strive for swift resolutions of issues.
Previous experience of working in a technical support function would be ideal.
Relevant IT / Tech degree would be preferred.
