We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Operations Engineers to our busy IT Service Delivery - Operations team.
This is a full time position for 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 2 years
Interviews are scheduled for Friday 21st August 2020.
The principal role will be to carry out repairs to IT kit, carry out stock checks, office moves, IT surveys and imaging IT equipment. They will also be expected to carry out duties on a busy helpdesk to act as support to the Helpdesk
The ideal candidates will have:-
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support role
Experience of desk-based support
Experience of IT support in the NHS
Excellent customer care skills
Good problem analysis skills
Knowledge of Microsoft products, although training will be provided
Full driving licence and access to a car
