We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Gas Engineer to support the delivery of a customer centric FM solution to our prestigious client Staffordshire Police.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks to gas and associated heating / mechanical equipment.
Your responsibilities will include call outs, minor installation works, general fault finding, repairs and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
A history of working within a similar role in the building services / facilities management sector would be ideal for this position.
You will hold qualifications such as COCN1, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICAE1, CDGA1 and TPCP1A and be experienced with gas / oil burners and LPG.
Outstanding communication skills, a knowledge of asbestos management / commercial heating systems and an excellent understanding of current legislation, are also key.
