We’re looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our growing Service Desk team. In this role you’ll have the freedom to explore and provide the best solutions for our clients. You’ll be responsible for the provision of technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business users, systems, hardware, and applications. You’ll ensure that incidents are resolved in an efficient and professional manner in line with our service level commitments.
Fundamental to the role is the ability to offer exceptional customer service, through excellent written, verbal, and organisational skills, whilst delivering accurate technical resolutions to issues. You’ll manage your own time and workload to process multiple incidents at the same time, ensuring effective resolution. In turn you’ll expand your technical skills by supporting some challenging and interesting products and technologies. We’ll also offer you the ability to grow and progress within the company, which will open career opportunities to you.
Previous experience in a similar role and exceptional customer focus
Enthusiasm for a career within IT
Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 Desktop skills and experience
Microsoft Office Applications (2010/2013, Office 365) experience
Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP administration
A general awareness of networking
The ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and targets.
A logical and thorough approach to resolving incidents and requests.
Some understanding of virtual technology and remote application delivery
A willingness to learn and develop, and to undertake technical training and gain industry recognised certifications.
