Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join our team of highly skilled 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of incidents and service requests raised by internal customers across Jet2.com, Jet2holidays and the wider Dart Group and perform known first-time fixes. You will also assist in the building of machines, as well as assisting with larger projects such as base visits and refurbs.
To be successful in the role you will have the following experience:
Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and MS Exchange skills.
Previous experience working as a 1st Line Support Analyst/1st Line Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk Analyst.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills are essential.
Previous experience working in a customer centric organisation.
A good all-rounder with experience of resolving issues on different types of devices.
Experience of any of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
Experience of supporting Citrix environments.
Basic networking skills.
Previous experience of using ServiceNow.
