We’re looking to recruit Technician Engineer Working within the BCM asset Care Maintenance Team being Processed Based. Responsible for maintenance and optimisation of assets site wide within the brewery. Being able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment working on Asset Cares & planned maintenance to achieve maximum plant availability & efficiency. Actively participate and contribute to drive functional performance improvement and reliability through ownership of asset care plans feeding into KPI’s and CBN
Delivering tasks on time, in full and in line with the plan, budget and cost control.
Monitors equipment performance KPI’s, identifies improvements required and performs advanced problem-solving techniques and repairs. Ensuring that electronics/mechanical hardware monitoring systems are installed to ensure integrity of process and equipment.
Fully time served, qualified engineer, multiskilled, Electrical or Mechanical Biased.
Take responsibility to pro- actively work towards KPI’s &CBN. Proactive in organising 1-2-1’s & people central actions to enable development.
Willing to work within a cross-departmental team & open minded to all areas of site.
Basic knowledge & understanding of WCSC2.0, along with its tools/DMS’s/Journey etc.
With a proactive approach to your work, you will be an enthusiastic flexible individual with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across departments.
