We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based at our Omagh site. This is an exciting opportunity with a truly global engineering organisation.
Working within the existing electrical team, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of various aspects of machine control systems on the Terex range of processing equipment.
You will be responsible for the functions, activities, and skills required for the design, development, measurement, etc., of electrical or electronic components, assemblies or modules.
As an Electrical engineer with Terex, you will aid the development of software and hardware systems, develop design specifications on new products and support existing product upgrades. You will be heavily involved in the new product development cycle and testing on new releases. Electrical design will be central to the role utilising the E3 CAD platform. The role will work on the cutting edge of electrical design and technology.
To be an Electrical Engineer with Terex you must have a 3rd level qualification in Electrical or Electronic engineering. A knowledge of control systems and a track record of testing and fault finding is essential. You must have the ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings and a clear understanding of engineering practices.
