As a Customer Service Advisor working within our Bolton Contact/Call Centre, in your hands, we’ll get closer to our customers and get closer to our aim to be the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland. On the rare occasion that our customers are unhappy, you will step in. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll answer calls from customers, respond to emails and harness your empathetic customer first approach to have a direct impact on our zero distance to the customer attitude. You’ll use extensive product knowledge to attempt to resolve customer service queries over the phone. If that’s not possible, you’ll arrange an engineer visit. You’ll be based at our Bolton (BL2 6PU) contact/call centre and will receive training to ensure that you are able to achieve great things. We’re looking for customer service representatives who ideally have experience of working in a contact or call centre. Basic salary of £19,425 (plus £500 bonus upon successfully passing probation)
Working 37.5 hours per week on a set shift pattern (including weekends)
No late working, our contact centre closes at 6pm
30 days holiday per annum plus Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years' Day
