You’ll be working for Scotframe Timber Engineering in Cumbernauld. Scotframe Timber Engineering is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and have been helping homeowners achieve their dreams for 30 years.

For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the following attributes
Administrative diploma or similar or equivalent experience
Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to develop positive customer relationships to enhance business performance
Previous experience of dealing proactively with customers
Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels especially over the phone
Effective questioning and listening skills to identify customer requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative, as well as being a team player
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
PC literate – Word, Excel, Outlook, databases
Good attention to detail and results focused
What will I be doing in the role?
You will be required to Provide excellent project coordination support to the business, in particular to the sales team, including:
Manage customer portfolios
Liaise with customers via phone, website, email or in person
Build good relationships with customers to make them feel valued
Resolve customer queries and complaints using problem solving techniques
Liaise with internal colleagues in Estimating, Design and Operations and external suppliers, architects and engineers
Provide cover and support for telephone enquiries
Adopt and share best practice to ensure continuous improvement
Seek feedback from customers and colleagues in order to self-develop
