We currently have a vacancy for the role of Fleet Technical Engineer working in our Engineering Maintenance Control Team (Maintrol) based in the Network Operations Control Centre in Waterside.
Part of a small specialist team you will be responsible for support and recovery of aircraft worldwide.
With in-depth fleet knowledge gained through hands on experience, you will need specific knowledge of aircraft mechanical and avionics systems.
You will be able to delegate effectively, agree objectives with a full understanding of regulatory and legal constraints to ensure appropriate compliance.
Strong analytical skills are required to interpret business information, solving problems and deficiencies.
A high degree of business awareness is required with the ability to interact with our customers, government and industry bodies to represent and promote British Airways best interests.
