This role sits within RSA Security, part of Dell Technologies. The role of a RSA IG&L Resident Engineer will be full-time solution management consulting services to support the ongoing RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle solution. RSA anticipates the skill set of the resource to include a blend of operational solution administration and deployment consulting related to the existing solution design.
The specific tasks and priorities can be influenced/determined by the client. The below are the sample tasks expected from RSA resident:
Operational IT administration of the IGL existing solution.
Periodic patch-level upgrades to the solution.
Consulting on the business end-user experience and how to leverage the RSA IGL for a better experience.
Support to IT and business teams for ongoing collection and fulfillment activities.
Strong working knowledge of RSA IGL (FORMERLY AVEKSA) products and its internals:
Experienced in creating collectors through which the users and their data’s are collected to the product.
Experienced in creating and building workflows to design the flow of the product.
Experienced in creating Automated Fulfillment Express (AFX )Connectors to connect with third party end points like Active Directory, Salesforce application.
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting issues related to reviews which checks the user access in an organization.
Strong knowledge in product installation, migrating to higher versions, backend scripts and xml file required during the installation.
Ability to create rules and experienced in troubleshooting issues related to rules like provisioning – joiner/mover, termination rule, segregation of duties rule, user and account access rules.
Experience in creating and building reports to check the user data and for audit purpose.
Experience in SQL queries, Java, J2EE related technologies, Oracle 10g or higher, Shell Scripts
Strong knowledge on Linux.
Strong knowledge on Active Directory.
Experience in working with putty, SQL developer, Winscp, mRemoteNG and MAT tool.
Proven track record with 5-8 years of experience in software consulting or IT services, preferably in the Identity Management (IdM), Development experience highly desirable.
Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
