Our client is the New Homes and Land division of the UK’s largest independent Estate Agents. They are now looking for a New Homes Director to implement and deliver the regions business plan.
The successful candidate will lead a team of New Homes Managers and Sales Managers in the delivery of the regions business plan, ensure that the operating objectives, sales targets and customer service standards are met/exceeded.
Reporting to the Land & New Homes Managing Director you will assist in devising and formulating the best strategy for your region to increase income and profitable growth. The region will cover Essex, Anglia, Sheffield, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
Role & Responsibilities
Recruit, lead and develop New Homes team
Monitor region and individual performance against business plan
Form and maintain relationship with high profile developers
Lease with internal Directors
Implement Company and Business Policy in your area
Develop and implement marketing plans
Create and deliver a culture of coaching
Skills & Experience Required
5 years’ experience in a New Homes capacity
Demonstrable track record of leading a high performing team
Understand and can predict market conditions
Experience developing and delivering successful business plan
