The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing business based at Burntisland.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and planned preventative maintenance of plant equipment.

You will manage the stock control of critical spares to minimise production downtime and respond to breakdowns in a timely manner diagnosing faults as well as making recommendations for plant improvements. You will undertake the supervision of engineering apprentices and technical staff where appropriate.

As an experienced Maintenance Engineer you will demonstrate high levels of Health and Safety awareness as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You should have sound experience in applying modern engineering techniques in a medium-high volume manufacturing business Presenting a problem solving can do attitude will be key to success.
