As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be hands-on implementing functionality to new and existing applications, working with designers to create beautifully designed and well-considered user experiences, as well as thoroughly testing your work through unit testing and device testing. Working to our dev-ops methodology you will be involved in backlog estimations, and specification and code review. You will be part of the onboarding and mentoring of junior talent within the team.

What You’ll Do
Developing fully functional native and cross-platform mobile applications
Oversee in the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and post release)
Mentoring and onboarding junior staff
Contribute and improve the team’s dev-ops process including CI/CD pipelines.
Demo and present work to clients/ stakeholders
Testing work to ensure specifications and quality
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Supporting legacy apps to the same high standard as new apps Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Keeping up to date with mobile development techniques and methodologies
Working to achieve team goals and continuous improvements
Help to improve the teams market presence and reputation via written or recorded mediums.
Documentation of technical approaches both pre and post project.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven work experience as a Senior/Mobile developer
5 or more years experience, developing iOS or Android applications using modern approaches
An expert knowledge of object-orientated programming
Experience in software testing techniques
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Ability to pick up and learn new technologies quickly
Excellent written technical communication skills

Helpful Skills and Experience
Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks like Xamarin and Flutter
Experience developing for platforms such as UWP, Windows, Mac, etc.
Knowledge of modern mobile architectures
Experiences working with on and offshore technical teams.
Able to bring your best to the team culture and happiness
University Degree (2:1 or above) in a related subject or similar experience/qualifications.
