HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Looking for a new technical challenge? Join our company and make a significant contribution. Your tasks will be to - independently or within a small team - install, maintain and service our EOS systems at our customer's sites and provide field service.
The position is home-based; however, the UK office is based in Warwick. The work area primarily covers various customer sites within the UK and Ireland with the further potential requirement of short-term working at some of our international customers.
You will also provide customer briefings and trainings.
Your area of responsibility doesn’t stop with personal contact: You also support customers and colleagues on the telephone and with your knowledge you hand out the right advice.
You also participate in intensive local and in-house-trainings on our systems and technology at our headquarters in close to Munich/Germany.
HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Along with your communicative personality, which enables you to deal with our customers in a trustworthy manner, you have a proactive and structured approach and the ability to keep a cool head even in critical phases.
Alongside you bring with you:
Certification within electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship, or education as a Mechatronics Engineer or Electrical Engineer
Excellent fault diagnosis skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams
It would be a plus if you already have experiences as a Field Service Engineer and in professional dealings with customers and complex machines preferable within the Additive Manufacturing industry
A valid driving license is essential and the willingness to travel
Excellent computer skills and accomplished command of written and spoken English
