Romax Technology are a fast growing, award-winning 'mini-multinational’ company with offices all over the world. We develop the world's leading software for rotating machinery and electro-mechanical systems to enable simulation-led design, and we count the world’s major automotive, motorsport, aerospace and renewable energy companies as customers and close technology partners. We are also at the forefront of designing and delivering the next generation of energy efficient drive and power generation systems; including multi-megawatt wind turbines and electric vehicle powertrains. Our ambitious plans mean we are always looking for new talent throughout the world. We offer unique opportunities for our employees to stretch and achieve goals within an agile team environment.
If you are a Systems Engineering Graduate please apply. Joining us on our 12-month Global Graduate Scheme means that you will be working on innovative projects, driving business-critical initiatives and learning from world-class professionals whilst you rotate around the business.
Based initially in our Nottingham Head Office you can look forward to a mix of on the job learning, training courses and project work alongside other graduates. You will be pushed outside of your comfort zone working on live customer projects alongside technical experts, happy to share their knowledge with you as a key part of their team. You will spend time with our overseas technical teams, experiencing their customer challenges, absorbing the culture and giving you a more global perspective.
We want everyone to enjoy coming to work, so we have an extremely active Social Committee ensuring that we all get together monthly to have fun, truly building the Romax team. We also use this as an excuse to hold Charity Events and offer the opportunity to make charitable donations directly from your earnings if you are passionate about helping others. This approach also fits nicely with our STEM activities.
The Graduate Scheme is designed to start you on a journey towards becoming a technical expert or future business leader; the choice is yours. Your experiences will contribute towards you becoming a Chartered Engineer with Imeche or IET, including the opportunity to share your experiences with the wider community via our STEM Programme. Your mentor will be there to support you with the choices you make.
If you have an insatiable curiosity, want to learn from the best, and wish to Engineer a Better World, apply now to join our Global Graduate Scheme; start your journey of discovery now.
