At Wren, technology controls everything we do from the industry leading CAD based planner system which our tech team continuously develop, to the VR systems deployed in our state-of-art showrooms which were developed, from scratch, internally. Plus, let’s also mention the internal systems and apps we have produced for our manufacturing, transport, installation and customer service functions – all created and developed by our tech team to keep Wren Kitchens performing at its optimum level.
ABOUT THE ROLE
On joining the business as an iOS Graduate Developer, you’ll receive a first-class experience working on innovative and exciting projects coupled with having the constant support and guidance from our experienced iOS Developers who already shape mobile applications by developing push notifications, story boards and integration with enterprise platforms. You’ll join our established iOS development teams to gain a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the role of an iOS Developer. As the scheme progresses, you’ll learn all about the technology we use and begin working on our current live projects whilst also being involved in the creation of future projects.
What the course covers:
Introduction to Xcode
The Swift language
The Objective C language
Version Control (Git)
APIs and JSON
During the scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to partner different Senior Developers to make sure that you’re constantly building your skills and knowledge to help you progress your career as a Developer.
Upon completing the Graduate Scheme, we’ll review your progress and move you in to our iOS tech teams on a full-time basis as an iOS Developer. Once you are in your team, we’ll continue to develop your knowledge and experience so that you progress in to intermediate and senior positions as soon as you are ready to do so, funding further courses or education that will help you develop your career within the UK’s No.1 Kitchen Retailer!
