Our Belfast city centre Client, a fast paced, international professional services organisation, wishes to recruit an experienced HR Reporting Coordinator. This is a permanent, people reporting job and the HR reporting professional will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the people reporting dashboard, ensuring the employee lifecycle data is accurate and up to date. This will include reports on talent, succession, surveys, diversity and leadership etc. This HR reporting role is a niche requirement and the successful coordinator should have a strong systems/reporting/MI/Analysis type background.
Develop standard People/HR reports based on current tools
Support the collection, organisation and completion of people data for reporting purposes
Participate in meetings to discuss current and future people related reports requirements
Set up, deploy and administer surveys to support talent practices and processes
Coordinate, support and manage scheduled reports, interface and coordinate issues with other internal and external systems
Collaborate with People systems and Data Engineers to maintain the accuracy of data
Collaborate with People Analytics team to ensure metrics are correct
Degree, or equivalent in psychology, behavioural science, applied statistics, social sciences OR equivalent work experience
Relevant experience in People reporting and/or other related quantitative analysis work
Knowledgeable in most HR practices and processes, data flow and management.
Proven functional knowledge on D&I programs, succession planning and leadership would be preferred
Good analytical skills
Proficiency or practical knowledge in data analysis tools and data presentation tools – MS Excel, SPSS, Power Point, Power BI)
Demonstrable experience of working in HR, Recruitment or Business Intelligence system support
Advanced Excel Skills (Data manipulation, pivot tables, charting)
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
