This is a mid-senior level post.
We are looking to recruit a Front End Developer responsible for developing and delivering secure software solutions using modern frameworks and practices initially on a greenfield solution. Working in an agile environment you will be expected to work within a cross functional team and proactively drive continuous improvement in software, techniques and processes.
In particular skills and experience required for the role of Frontend Developer includes:
Working knowledge of typescript
Good CSS/style organisation
Experience of webpack or similar task/build runner tools
Responsive design, mobile first
Developing on top of a Microservice architecture using REST services
Writing Front End tests (using Jest and React testing library or similar)
Solid grounding in current UI/UX design patterns, practices and frameworks
The post holder will work with Senior developers in the team to provide input into highly complex strategic and innovative solutions with the ability to then design and develop those solutions.

As a Frontend Developer the post holder will have significant input to ensure service delivery and quality standards are maintained within the specialist innovative technical development management unit. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the compilation of the business plan requiring development of innovative solutions that will support the trust’s Digital Clinical Strategy.
