We are significantly growing our total Supply Chain capability to deliver our Stores and On-line sales growth, while rapidly delivering smaller continual improvements in an agile way.
You will work closely with the Business end users, Solution Architect, Business Analysts in other Tribes, Functional Experts, QA’s and 3rd Parties, to ensure that an effective solution and product is delivered to the highest standard.
Collaborate with users and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories for the development team to build.
Work closely with Product Owners to help shape the backlog of work – taking ownership of product related queries and following them through to resolution.
Be confident to contribute in stand-ups and estimating sessions.
Develop appropriately detailed stories for changes so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Writing clear acceptance criteria (using BDD format is a real advantage)
Investigate, analyse, visualise, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts in line with Dunelm strategy - Operational and Tech.
You can ensure that the business solution aligns with the vision, mission, objectives, strategy and the business end user needs and can identify and recognise a viable solution or control.
You can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
You are supportive of the stories we deliver post go-live and provide the necessary transition to the business and support functions.
Skills and experience required:
Good and clear communication with stakeholders, end users and 3rd parties.
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to gather and analyse information.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and at pace.
The ability to build strong relationships and networks.
Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
You know about agile methodology and can apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work. Previous Agile experience is advantageous.
Worked closely with internal and 3rd Party developers and have enough of a technical understanding to communicate clearly with developers and testers to build a great rapport.
