Job Summary:
A great opportunity to join our Sales Team based at ICS Cool Energy Ltd. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the sales team to develop, sell and successfully implement product or service solutions to meet our customer’s needs primarily responsible for the development and growth of OEM business in the allocated sales region.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for all sales business within the designated region and territories
Responsible for the area sales targets
Ensure all quotations are prepared, issued and logged on the divisional CRM package and systems
Conduct monthly reviews with the Regional Sales Manager
Work closely with internal stakeholders in Administration and Accounts to ensure a seamless service for our customers
Responsible for cultivating new and existing customers
Liaise with both new and existing customers to develop relationships for service, sales and rental opportunities
Work with the Sales Manager and Director to develop a business plan for the appointed region
Achieve the goals and targets as agreed
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and ensure the CRM system is updated regularly
Constantly review the offerings in the industry
Attend sales and technical meetings were required
Attend external training courses as required
Qualifications:
Experience in OEM sales
Experience in Commercial HVAC or similar industry
Training in Health and Safety principals
Key Competencies:
Will be required to travel across the region and UK with overnight stays
Must be flexible, professional and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
Team player
Time Management with the knowledge of budget control impacts to the wider strategy
