We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Resolution Server Engineer to join our Customer Resolution Centre team.
The Customer Resolution Server Engineer will deliver first line remote Server support to NEL supported customers and sites as part of the wider Customer Resolution Centre Team.
The post holder will focus on day to day operational support and will work in accordance with defined ITIL aligned processes to deliver services to customers within agreed SLA targets.
The post holder will drive best practice in first line technical support, providing timely updates to key stakeholders and customers and working to improve technical knowledge across the Customer Resolution Centre and Support functions.
As Server Engineer, you will work as part Customer Resolution Centre, covering all sites supported by NEL.
