SPX Flow inc. innovates with customers to help enhance and feed the world by designing & delivering custom-engineered products in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for 2 Lead Process Engineers- one in Silkeborg, Denmark and the other in Crawley, England.
The Regional Lead Engineers will be responsible for the delivery of engineering design outputs for projects and, where requested, bid proposals. They will be responsible for the technical scope of the project/proposal (or, in some cases, a sub-area of the scope). For the scope area for which they are responsible, the Regional Lead Engineer must:
Provide leadership to engineers working on that area

Ensure adherence with relevant SPX Flow procedures and practices (e.g. IDEFs)
Manage the engineering process to ensure outputs meet schedule, budgetary and quality requirements
Ensure that the scope delivered from engineering is aligned with contract or proposal requirements
Depending on the scope of the project, the Regional Lead Engineer may be required to undertake engineering design tasks corresponding to their own core discipline and, as such, reference should be made to relevant job descriptions such as Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automation Engineer, etc.
What we’re looking for:
Degree level qualification in appropriate engineering discipline (e.g. Process or Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical)
Experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and other hygienic industries.
Experience of working within, and leading, a technically oriented team.
Full driving license a strong advantage.
Good level of competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience of scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) beneficial.
SAP experience beneficial.
What’s in it for you?
Competitive salary and benefits.
Annual bonus (depending on company and personal performance)
Excellent onboarding and training process.
Genuine progression and development opportunities.
