Key Activities & Responsibilities Include:
To be responsible for the development and conversion of project specifications and achievement of budgeted sales revenue within corporate policies and accepted professional standards, in order to optimise customer account revenue and contribution to business objectives.
Achieve London Specification invoiced sales target.
Identifying key clients and specifiers in London and develop sustainable relationships and specifications.
Support the dealer network nationally providing secure specifications. To help create business growth.
Provide field technical specification support to London specifiers, creating complaint, cost effective solutions.
Retain ownership of specifications. Follow specifications through to fruition, from specification to dealer order, supporting local Architectural Advisor as necessary.
Log all project opportunities and relationships on the CRM system and maintain an accurate record of project status and activity.
Review project pipeline for London on a monthly basis with Regional Sales Manager.
Submit a weekly report to the regional sales manager, summarising activities.
Knowledge Skills and Qualifications Required:
Strong technical/ engineering background with the ability to understand geometrical shapes and designs and to offer product and project solutions.
3 to 5 years of experience in the facade or associated industry. Specification sales experience will be a distinct advantage.
Understanding of the supply chain in construction.
Influencing & negotiating skills.
IT literate. CAD Skills preferable.
Proven track record.
