A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to work out of their easily accessible Suffolk office. The MSP has a work hard play hard attitude with multiple incentives to achieve. Working on the latest next-gen tech, there is a huge opportunity to learn new stuff.
The Service Delivery Lead or Technical Team Lead will be a key part of the team, supporting and resolving issues for medium to large enterprise clients, as well as taking a leadership role. As a leader and an engineer, you will have a good understanding of Supporting customers directly, and have an eagerness to learn. Your experience will be across Cloud technologies, Networking and Service Desk environments.
Service Delivery Lead Overview
Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting new services, assisting on configurations, and working on all systems, Network Monitoring, trip and alarm tracking, basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and connecting devices.
Your key focus is to provide support to act as the first response to escalations, as well as assisting the senior engineers
Skills / Experience required for the Service Delivery Lead
3 years’ experience working in Technical leadership/operational support
Experience working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Experience working with Networking LAN/WAN/WLAN and Firewalls
Ideally, have Managed Service experience
Have customer liaising experience
Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
