Technical Co-ordinator or Engineer – Maidenhead
Persimmon Homes North London has a vacancy for a Technical Co-ordinator or Engineer to join their successful and growing team. This role will be based in the regional office in Maidenhead.

As a Technical Co-ordinator or Engineer you will be an integral part of the Technical department, overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants, involving the project management and administration of all design and technical matters for various residential projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Technical. They will support you and develop you in the way Persimmon operate and give you clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to managing external consultants covering all design disciplines.
If this sounds appealing to you we will require:
That you have a residential engineering background with a degree or HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant building related subject. It’s likely that you will have worked for a residential developer and possibly you are looking to progress your career with a national business. You must have a full understanding of general design and technical processes with a sound knowledge of building regulations.
