We have an exciting opportunity for people with sales experience to join our New Business team.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Premierline is an open market Insurance broker, offering services to UK businesses. We are a multi channelled business providing solutions online, over the phone and face to face with experienced brokers offering expert advice and recommendation across a multitude of sectors. We pride ourselves as being a knowledgeable, supportive team who understand the insurance needs of our customers
Building proactive relationships with new prospects over the phone to deliver on an individual sales target based around both inbound calls and out-bounding customers managed via your own diary (not cold calling) It's all about providing the best options and service to your customer and client accounts.
Motivate yourself to drive organic income growth, developing a pipeline of leads through identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities & manage through to a successful conclusion
Part of your role is to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and provide support they need to move the business forwards.
Provide support to assigned portfolios which cross trades and industries
Handle insurer and customer queries with ease, speaking to the finance team when needed.
Salary £21750 - £24000 depending on expereince
Skills & Experience
Willingness to work towards industry standard Qualifications.
Previous sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales and growth targets
Experience of dealing with complex customer relationships, you can quickly grasp and interpret information to maximise income opportunities and process efficiencies.
Able to spot potential problems before they arise, clear in your objectives and confidently seeking advice when required.
Excellent communication skills in terms of both written (report and presentation writing) and verbal skills (one to one and in a group)
