Qatar Training Capability Development and Delivery Engineer/Trainer
Would you like to be a part of the Air Sector Electronic Warfare Training Team? We currently have a vacancy for a Training Development and Delivery Engineer at our site in Warton.
As a Qatar Training, Development and Delivery Engineer, you will be part of a training team to meet the training requirements for the Qatar customer. In this role you will be gaining an understanding of the width and breadth of Electronic Warfare relating to the Typhoon aircraft whilst learning about a range of tools and capabilities.
This role will provide you with exciting opportunities to work directly with our customers, liaising with key stakeholders and an opportunity to work in a dynamic BAE Systems team. You will be a part of a small UK based training team, therefore high performance will be visibly recognised and there will be progression opportunities to grow through training and learning experiences.
Your main responsibilities as a Qatar Training Capability Development and Delivery Engineer/Trainer will involve:
Supporting in the development of Electronic Warfare capability based training by:
Contributing to the training framework and ensuring successful delivery of the Qatar training requirements by working with both internal and external training suppliers.
Develop a training course syllabus ensuring that the training requirements align with the contractual requirements.
Develop training material in conjunction with internal and external suppliers and SME’s
Deliver training courses as part of customer contracts at various locations across the UK
Deliver training courses using a mix media of traditional training methods, practical exercises and blended solutions
Support to monthly review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Your skills and qualifications:
Degree/HNC qualified or equivalent experience in relative field
Relevant engineering and/or training experience
Fully proficient with MS Toolset
Ability to delivery with confidence to groups of students
Flexibility in approach to working
Flexibility in training delivery approach using blended learning techniques
Hold a training related qualification i.e. CIPD/CertEd/TAP or willing to gain or work towards
Knowledge of JSP 822 and implementation
Experience with Middle Eastern customers
