We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Site team. You will be the first point of contact for our company and will therefore need strong customer service skills to welcome guests positively and carry out a range of administrative tasks to a high standard.
First point of contact to all visitors to the office
Managing electronic visitor sign in system ensuring that all visitors sign in and out and any access cards issued are returned
Ensuring visitors sign NDAs on arrival
Issue of new starter access control cards and staff temporary loan cards
Answering all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Managing all incoming post and assisting with courier collections and deliveries
Responsibility for facilitating hospitality for meetings
Keeping reception diary up to date
Keeping the reception desk and reception area tidy reporting any issues to Site Maintenance
Assisting catering manager with posting weekly restaurant menus and other promotional offers on the intranet and news feed
Monitoring external email enquiries and forwarding to the relevant department
Updating of intranet pages as required
General administrative support as and when required.
A polite and friendly manner with confident telephone skills
Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbal
Proactive and enthusiastic
Approachable, friendly and polite but also know when to close a conversation
Ability to take responsibility and resolve reception issues
