Position: Planned Maintenance Customer Coordinator
Job type: Fixed Term contract for 12 months full time hours
Hours: 4 on 4 off - 3 weeks earlies 6:30-18:30 and 1 week late 10:30-22:30 (11 hours, 1 hour break)
Salary: £23,000 depending on experience
About the role:
You will be working for and alongside our client, Thames Water, to deliver exemplary service to our 15 million customers. You will be working within a regional team of Customer Coordinators to meticulously plan sewer cleaning and CCTV activities to our field engineers. Ensuring they have all the information, skills and equipment to be able to complete the job first time. A key element of the role is to have a close contact with our internal and external customers, so the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of different people is a must.
We are looking for individuals with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a ‘can-do’ work ethic, a thirst for learning and an inner drive to provide the best possible service in everything you do. Previous planning/coordinating experience is desired but not essential as we have a great training package that will teach you how to be the very best you can be!
