Responsible for managing all field Service activities, within the UK & Benelux area to include repairs, preventative maintenance services, qualification services, and report KPIs to senior management for the region.
Manage all Service Activities in the UK & Benelux area in line with internal rules and customer regulations.
Manage and report all KPIs as required by senior management.
Assure responsive telephone support and diagnostic as well as on-site Services to exceed the customer’s expectation and making them successful by using Epredia instruments.
Actively promote our contract products.
Ensures highest professional relationship with our customer base to achieve customer loyalty and to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
Optimize the work schedule of up to 15 field service engineers.
Work in conjunction with the sales manager to achieve customer satisfaction and plan demonstrations and installation of Epredia products.
Manage and calibrate all test equipment to UKAS standards.
Experience of remotely managing a team of engineers.
Professional background / qualification in Electronics/Electro-mechanical/Engineering to enable hands on customer service work in the field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience servicing analytical equipment.
Ability to work across all levels, functions and regions.
Strong Microsoft and Software package skills.
Clean Driving License.
Travel mainly within the appointed UK territory, ideally in SW UK but also through Europe, particularly Benelux. International traveling is occasionally required.
Experience on ServiceMax will be an advantage.
