Providing advice and information regarding the properties and site
Capturing contact details and discussing and upselling additional services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing and other additional services
Maintaining contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring we “out-passion” our competition
Liaising and communicating with Developers and estate agency branch colleagues
You must be available to work flexible days, including weekends and bank holidays, which are our busiest times, generally between the hours of 10am and 5pm
Experienced in New Homes site sales
