We are looking to recruit a Maintenance planner able to deliver a high quality service, making contact with our clients in a timely manner to offer and plan in statutory maintenance services with the main focus being on Gas Safety Checks, Boiler Services, Portable appliance testing and Electrical Safety checks.

Reporting directly to the Group Facilities Director the role will involve working across various Job Management platforms to gather information on upcoming key maintenance tasks and to contact the property owners to schedule in the services required, you will also be expected to offer other services to the property owners at the same time.

We are looking for someone with previous scheduling and planning experience within a reactive and planned maintenance role. You should have excellent communication skills over the telephone and a flexible approach to your work.

Duties and responsibilities:
Gathering information from the LRG property database to fully understand the maintenance pipeline for your designated property portfolio.
Contacting landlords and tenants to arrange service visits ensuring visits are planned on or before the next due date.
Work on simPRO software to manage all confirmed works, entering visit dates into the relevant maintenance engineer’s diary, raising purchase orders and quotes when needed.
Acting as the first point of contact for residents and landlord queries
Liaise internally with the Help desk Hub, Accounts, Procurement, QHSE, Property Managers and Line Managers
Raising orders and invoices and filing accordingly
Assist in improving work processes and practices
Provide weekly and monthly reports from simPRO where required

Key Skills:
Good organisational and time management skills
Previous experience in a planning environment
Good communication skills, both written and over the telephone
Good customer service skills
Computer literacy and accurate data entry
Good geographical knowledge would be an advantage to assist in planning engineer visits
Good team player
Can do attitude

Desirable:
A good knowledge or Electrics, Plumbing and General Maintenance duties
Experience of working with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
