Please note this role is working an annualised shift pattern – March – October 47.5 working week and November to Feb 40 hour working week. You would be paid the same all year based on a 45 hour week.

About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Technician to join our teams in the Integrated Metering and Developer Services Alliance with Anglian Water. Working with customers to install and exchange boundary box water meters, conducting water saving customer audits and surveying for the installation of internal and external water meters for properties.
What do we need from you?
In order to be successful in this role you would require a full driving licence, have strong communication skills and the ability to priorities workloads and activities. You’ll need to be happy working outside in all weathers and have a customer focussed attitude.
