Step into a role within our People team as a Leadership Development Partner where you will be reporting to our Talent Manager and be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering development programmes for our leader, enabling us to identify and nurture talent to drive high performance across the business. These will include but not limited to, coaching and mentoring and high potential programmes.
The responsibilities in this role are:
To design induction framewok and content for new leaders in our business.
Create and implement development strategies/programmes joining up trends across the business.
Design a framework and programme to effectively identify and develop colleagues who are high potential, reporting on the effectiveness of the programme.
Design and oversee the implementation of our coaching and mentoring programmes.
Use psychometrics, where appropriate, to support facilitation of individual and team development.
Manage multiple projects, delivering on time, to budget and measuring overall impact.
Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
Pragmatic, applying talent and learning theory and using it to support the organisational strategy for leadership culture.
Change management experience.
Experience of negotiating and working with external providers.
Experience of developing learning and development material on a mobile platform.
Strong external network, able to stay abreast of industry trends.
Understanding of learning cycle and learning theories.
Experience dealing with multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Trained in using psychometric tools (ideally Facet 5) and delivering associated feedback.
Experience of having implemented, multi-layered development programmers in a multisite business.
Experience in Retail would be beneficial
CIPD qualifications would be desirable.
