Complete Quality reactive and planned maintenance jobs within hotels across Region or area assigned.
Develop Strong working relationships with the hotel operations teams ensuring that the customer is the key focus.
First Time fix of completion of reactive and planned maintenance jobs that are scheduled for hotels.
Comply With the requirements of Health and Safety, other relevant legislation and Travelodge policies and procedures.
Ensure That Personal Protective Equipment is used as required.
Ensure That all jobs allocated are consistently completed to a satisfactory finish in accordance with agreed standards and Key Performance Indicators.
Responsible for returning rooms to sale as quickly and efficiently as possible in a safe manner.
Manage van storage of stock to agreed levels and ensure that you have parts available to complete jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Liaise with Line Manager to agree non-reactive works to be undertaken.
Experience or an ability to complete a variety of hotel maintenance jobs, and identify those that require escalation to specialist trades such as plumbers,electricians, carpenters.

Wevalue the experience of colleagues that have worked in a hotel environment and may have experience with ad hoc maintenance tasks. working in hotel operational roles such as management positions, housekeeping and front of house (example -reception, bar/cafe)
We recognise experience in all areas of maintenance, for example kitchen or bathroom fitting. We also recognise the following qualifications, but they are not essential:-
City And Guilds or NVQ 2 in Plumbing or Electrical and/or carpentry
Electrical Certification to 17 Edition; Inspection and testing
Full Or part-time working - varying work patterns will be considered.
