Based in our Northern Ireland region we are looking for an Oracle Operations Manager with strong technical and personable skills, who can grow and shape the services delivered to our key clients. The role will involve driving innovation and change in a fast paced, agile SaaS, PaaS and IaaS Oracle environment. The role holder will need to demonstrate experience of managing a team of ~100 employees and ensuring full focus on recoverability of teams and execution of the managed service mission through strong team management skills.
Due to the client, it will also require the right person to be eligible to undergo an SC Clearance. You are enthusiastic with good Oracle technical skills. You will demonstrate customer focus and commercial acumen, being able to understand our customers’ strategic goals and identify opportunities to grow business within our customer accounts. We will provide you with all of the support and training you need to thrive in this exciting area of Oracle technology delivery.

The ability to challenge customer thinking, and translate requirements into solutions
Capability Management experience across large teams, specifically Oracle Specialists. (Functional and developer resources)

Excellent balance of relationship building, engagement, stakeholder management skills
The candidate is required to be eligible to obtain the necessary security clearance should it be a requirement of the customer
