The Marketing Operations Specialist will be a key member of the Edwards Business Transformation Team which is focused on delivering new service business models to drive growth. This role will be responsible for the creation and successful delivery of a revenue marketing plan including associated tools, techniques and campaign that creates awareness and customer pull for Edwards services into the market that contributes to an increase in qualified leads and subsequent sales opportunities to support our 20% growth target.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing for Business Transformation within the VSS Division and will support all Semi-Conductor customer regions; USA, EMEA, Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan & SEA.
The role interacts with the Service teams, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product and Quality management and will require occasional international travel.
Drive and support customer-focused market development programs and initiatives focused on digital transformation and business model innovation. Support the launch of new services and ways of doing business by building and deploying revenue marketing tools and techniques.
Develop revenue marketing strategies and recommend how to drive awareness and demand generation for Edwards
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, including messaging, segmentation analysis.
Measure, track, and report on marketing campaign goals; leverage data to assess performance against KPIs
Work with the broader marketing and communications teams to develop effective outreach strategies and customer facing content aimed at customer acquisition and retention
Ensure efficiency of marketing activities related to the digital transformation “business unit” and actively track, report, and improve ROI of activities and campaigns
Skills and Experience
Degree in Marketing or Business
Relevant Previous experience:
3-5 years relevant experience in revenue marketing
Experience in use of HubSpot marketing automation platform, LinkedIn sponsored content (or equivalent)
Experience in designing and executing B2B revenue marketing campaigns
Account Based Marketing tactics
B2B marketing tools and methods
Strong analytical ability; enjoys all things data
Attention to detail
Comfortable working across the organisation as part of a dynamic team
Occassional travel to regional support sites worldwide
