We are currently seeking Field Service Engineers to join our expanding team whose key responsibilities will include:
Attending Client sites as required to determine and resolve software/hardware related faults
Completing Field Service Reports for each call made in line with Company procedures
Communicating effectively to the Shift Team Leader & Head of Engineering
Ensure that all Company paperwork is submitted in a timely and accurate manner
It is essential that candidates also possess:
Networking and connectivity experience
An understanding of SQL Database
Basic Windows & DOS experience
Experience of basic PC configuration
An understanding of hardware/drivers/RAM
We would also ideally like candidates to have previous experience of working within the retail/hospitality sector and working with EPoS systems but this is not essential.
The shift pattern for this role will involve working 12 hours shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota basis, which will include working weekends and Bank Holidays.
As a Company we cover the whole of the UK so a full UK driver's license for manual vehicles is essential and you may be required to stay away from home on occasion.
