Position: Placement Developer

The job opening is for a placement/internship student who will be a junior developer and will be involved in the development of the company website as well as back office applications and databases. You will be working alongside an experienced team of senior developers and reporting directly to the team’s tech lead. The work you will be doing will have a major impact on the business; working on major, significant projects!

The candidate will have or be predicted a 2:1 (or above) degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a heavy bias towards programming. You will be a UK resident and be available to start as soon as possible once your course/year is complete.
Ideally the candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of .NET (VB.NET or C#), web development skills (ideally ASP.NET, HTML, CSS etc.) and knowledge of SQL (ideally MS SQL Server). You must have a good knowledge of software programming and be a logical problem solver.
