Maximise customer visits and order intake in line your targets and the company strategy. Having overall responsibility for service sales from customer development and retention in an assigned sales area and key accounts. You will provide customer value through technical and commercial expertise and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Customer and order acquisition for service products
Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.
Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level.
Reporting according to the company rules.
Using specific software being obligatory in the company
Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicable
Present and discuss the proposal to the customer.
Follow up proposals using your expertise to find the customer requirements and modify accordingly.
Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer
Actively participate in team work for projects/jobs defined by the Service Leader
Keep DFSD customer data base updated
Log all customer visits (completed and scheduled) in CRM
Implement Service Business programs as issued
Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on customer visit targets

Qualifications and Experience:
Technical graduate with certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or proven experience in a similar role
Previous experience in HVAC business, Technical Services business or similar industry (direct sales, back-selling, customer service) and technical activity focused on technical products/solutions;
Local HVAC or Technical Services market knowledge is a plus
Market intelligence and understanding competition
Ability to work under pressure
Proven selling skills with ability to deliver sales results
