Are you a Compliance Engineer working in manufacturing and at the top of your game? Working alongside our Head of Engineering, as part of our Central Project Engineering team, you'll be accountable for the delivery of a framework ensuring all equipment design meets the safety and regulatory requirements to support a safe and compliant Engineering team.

We are looking for you to be the expert in and accountable for the consistent delivery of legislative and internal standards across all Engineering equipment supplied by the original equipment manufacturing. You will ensure that any changes to legislation and internal standards are delivering consistently across the supply base.
As our Compliance Engineer you will have the ownership of the process which ensure all Engineering equipment is safe, compliant and audit ready including the delivery of PUWER compliant plant installations. You will support our Project Engineers and Design team as a subject matter expert to ensure successful project delivery identifying potential hazards and delivering mitigating solutions.
As our Compliance Engineer you will have excellent working knowledge of Engineering Health & Safety Regulations including PUWER machinery directive
Knowledge of functional safety systems
You will have an ability to manage and interpret data, analytical in approach with good problem solving skills
Driven by solutions with a positive approach, ideas and innovation motivated
Passionate about quality and best practice whilst driving continuous improvement
Experience of COSHH & HACCP
Working knowledge of H&S audits and processes
Possess an Engineering Qualification such as HND, HNC, BTECH or equivalent
