Case Management Developer – Manchester
Continued success within a Manchester based Law Firm has led to the need for an additional Case Management Developer to join their IT Development Team. This is an opportunity for someone with prior experience in a Legal CMS (Proclaim, VisualFiles etc) to join a great Firm who have a genuine focus on providing a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 experience dependant

Reports to: Head of Development
Previous Experience: Experience in a CMS development role – ideally Proclaim – or equivalent is important to ensure you can seamlessly join the team. As would be expected, skills in report writing, understanding SQL, workflow creation, and database design and maintenance are key.
The role involves the following:
Working in a team with other CMS Developers reporting to the Head of Development
Focusing on ensuring the CMS is kept up to date and capable of serving the needs of the Firm and its lawyers
Communicating with stakeholders/senior partners when needed
Understanding and interpreting the needs of those who may not be able to describe things technically nor understand the requirements or limitations of the software systems.
We are looking for someone who:
Has CMS experience with Proclaim (experience in other similar systems will be considered).
Is capable of adapting their approach so that business needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Is organised, methodical and able to focus on increasing the productivity of the users, be it either through necessary maintenance or further development.
Is comfortable working on database fields, screen design, process and workflows.
Is experienced in user interface design, template development and data modelling
Ideally has SQL experience
