What’s your role in Society?
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Graduate Fire Protection Engineer to join our Fire Engineering team.
Working on projects across multiple disciplines you will develop practical design solutions for exciting, challenging and prestigious projects, using your initiative to develop fire protection design solutions.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a relevant degree and possibly some industry experience.
Be able to demonstrate an interest and willingness to develop as a Fire Protection Engineer, taking responsibility for personal development.
Have good communication skills with the ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with other team members and be able to produce reports in plain English.
Be able to demonstrate pride in work, through accurate timely delivery and attention to detail.
Be able to work on your own initiative, seek assistance when required and organise and prioritise workload to ensure that timescales are met.
Have good problem solving and contingency planning skills with the ability to find quick, innovative and practical solutions.
Be able to work collaboratively with others to form strong positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors.
Be numerate with a good understanding of engineering or science.
Have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
