We have a fantastic opportunity in Crawley for a Systems Integration Engineer to work as part of a team; integrating, commissioning and validating the TopSky Air Traffic Management Software and Systems.
In this role you will be responsible for configuring and testing TopSky ATC C systems to specific customer requirements.
This role may be of particular interest to someone interested in Air Traffic Management (ATM) or Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM). A basic understanding of Radar system operation will be helpful, but is not essential as training will be provided.
What you will be doing:
Install, Configure and Test /Debug ATM system software in factory and on customer sites. Includes integrating external interfaces (serial / IP)
Prepare / update system test specifications
Perform verification and validation of requirements
Perform customer acceptances in factory and on site (Worldwide)
What we're looking for from you:
Proven track record performing systems integration and customer acceptances in factory, and on customer sites of software based systems, ideally operating in a Linux environment
Use of configuration and data management tools. E.g. DOORS, JIRA, SVN
