Robotic Process Automation (RPA) entry level graduate role. RPA is the automation of suitable processes through software that functions across a variety of applications, just as human workers do.
Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical subject such as Mathematics, Science, Computing, Engineering are encouraged to apply.
This is an exciting opportunity in our Newcastle office for you to support the day to day running of RPA development and processing.
You will make an impact in this role by:
Building and implementing RPA solutions, ensuring quality of the system.
Creating, updating and maintaining solution documentation.
Assisting business analysts and project teams to develop business cases supporting the adoption of RPA in the finance function & wider business.
Implementing the full life-cycle of RPA solutions: identifying RPA opportunities; gathering requirements; design, document and implement, test and deploy targeted RPA solutions.
Developing scalable and reusable RPA components that can be leveraged across different lines of businesses (such as HR, IT and supply chain)
Acting as subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
Is this role right for you?
If so, you'll likely be:
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel & PowerBI.
Familiarity with Office VBA, SharePoint, Box, OneDrive preferred.
Analytical thinker, able to move from high-level concepts to details and solutions with limited guidance.
Process and solutions oriented.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined or structured.
Customer focused, with desire to exceed established client, project and performance goals.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the business.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
Software development domain expertise in one or more general purpose programming languages.
1 - 3 years of programming and/or coding experience.
Strong experience with one or more RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
