You’ll ensure that all Planned Maintenance activities are appropriately scheduled and that all resources, spare parts and equipment are available for all areas of our Brewery. Updating and managing the maintenance system (SAP) for all activities is also a responsibility within this role and you will ensure that there is sufficient data to enable tasks to be successfully completed by our site engineers.
Working closely with numerous Stakeholders, you will continuously drive for improvement, have a results focussed approach and lead problem solving and change initiatives.
Ensuring that site policies are adhered to, particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environmental procedures and processes is another accountability as is general administration of Engineering data and running of reports.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have a good understanding of maintenance planning, ideally gained within an FMCG environment and a proactive and engaging approach particularly in relation to continuous improvement. Good IT literacy skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential, experience/knowledge of SAP is preferred.
