Joining our Graduate Development programme within UK Production and Supply, you’ll undertake a combination of on-the-job development, formal training and individual coaching while working towards chartered membership.
You’ll be working on real projects – and making a real impact – from day one. That could involve anything from shaping and implementing HSE and engineering improvements on our manufacturing facilities right through to providing high quality technical advice to colleagues.
Along the way, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to progress into a role that’s right both for you and for the business. From there, the sky’s the limit.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or Control Engineering from an IMechE or IET accredited degree programme
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Practical experience and theoretical knowledge of your area of specialism
- Strong influencing and communication skills and a flair for team working.
